Chief Financial Officer - CA - Conglomerate

A leading Indian business house into multifarious businesses wishes to hire the CFO for the group.

The Group is into Engineering, EPC, Agri, and Realty .

The incumbent shall be accountable for the financial, and risk management operations of the company. Would develop the financial and operational strategy for the expansion plans of the Group, preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Shall be guiding the CEO /Promoters and leading the finance & commercial team .

Qualified CAs with well rounded experience in leading the finance function for a large company / group may apply. The applicant should have adequate competence in handling the treasury function and dealing with banks. Must have fundraising experience .
