Urgent Vacancy for the position of VP Finance

Location - Mumbai

Mandatory Qualification - CA

Key responsibilities :

- Establish company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure the company of a continuously sound financial accounting structure.

- Management and control of the company's accounting function

- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

Corporate finance :

- Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.

- Management of working capital and operational assets.

- The role will also include direct responsibility for raising funds, deal analysis and negotiations, Investor relations and private and institutional financing.

Skills :

- CA with 15+ years of experience in overseeing Financial Operations, Accounting and Taxation in Banks or Large Financial Institutions.

- Experience and knowledge of best practices in accounting standards, financial ethics, independent audits, RBI compliance, audit, and taxation matters.

- Experienced in raising Capital and Investor Relations Management.
