Position : CFO / Head of Finance

Job Description :

- MIS Preparation, Accounts Closure

- Budgeting and Analysis

- Development of Business Strategy

- Merger and Acquisitions

- Loan Applications / Financing

- Reporting for Bank

- Treasury operations

- Tax Management and Statuatory compliance

- Stock Controls and Audits

- Fixed Assets Controls and Audits

- Handling of Internal and Statuatory Audits

- Development & implementation of SOP

- International Procurement & Contracts

- Trade Finance Solutions (LC's and BG's)

- IT Know how at administrative level

- HR and Admin exposure

- MS Office packages - Excel,Word,Powerpoint

- Tally ERP 9 software/ SAP/Oracle/Orion/Other Softwares

- Exposure as Group Level Financial Head

- Filing of returns & coordinating Board meetings

Desired Candidate :

- Only Chartered Accountant need apply,

- Candidates with experience in East or West Africa will be given preference

- Must have held Head of Finance Position for at-least 5 years.

- Must have knowledge of ERP

- Excellent written & verbal communication

- Candidates Retail experience will be given a preference
