Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of work experience in Finance & Accounts, Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, Audit, MIS, Business Plan, Treasury, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Restructuring, Debt Syndication, Valuation, Investors Management etc.

- Experience in independently managing the finance team, liasioning with external auditors and government bodies.

- Strong communication, presentation skills with an eye for detail.

- Strong personality with an excellent track-record depicting Integrity, ethics, stakeholder management and team development. Experience working in a promoter driven organization will be an added advantage. Possess excellent communication, analytical, decision making, problem-solving and leadership skills with proven capability in planning & managing resources

Experience in the below is desirable :

- Fund raising in Series A, B and C

- Merger/ Demerger

- IPO

- Due Diligences, Reports, Procedures, Documentation for the above
