Chief Financial Officer - CA - BFS

Candidates from Hardware/ Semiconductor/ Network/ Security domain may only apply.

As a result, our accounting needs will change from pure day to day cash management and book keeping to

- Project accounting, with special emphasis on Government business

- Global accounting and book keeping

- Statutory audit and various compliance - global

- Proactive management of corporate structure - formation and management of more subsidiaries in different geographies

- Moving the company into a different level of MIS - activity based budgeting and reporting at a granular level

- Support to management on adhoc reporting needs

- Transfer price management

- Interaction with Legal and advisory firms to support financial decisions - mergers, ESOP, labor issues, insurance etc

- Banking activities

- Supervision of day to day bookkeeping and money operations

- Accounts Payables process and vendor management

- Establishing processes that relate to expenses, payables, receivables, reporting, payroll, etc.

- Supervision of Facilities

- Vetting of commercial components of proposals

- Sales Operations with respect to commissions, expenses reimbursements, travel, etc for the global entity

- Revenue recognition

- The individual should have had similar responsibilities for at least 5 years. Total experience should be at least 10 years. Should have had deep software industry experience. CA, MBA Finance, or CPA graduate.

- Preferable to have had consulting exposure with the big 4 consulting firms.
