They have multiple manufacturing facilities in India and are present in several countries across the globe.  Job Description  - This role will form an integral part of the finance team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans.   - Strengthening the finance organization.  - To coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts and report variances.   - To develop the MIS structure (dashboards) as may be required by the management.  - Drive initiatives for efficient operating cash-flow management and streamline payables and receivables cycles.  - Strengthening the Internal Audit department and getting the internal audit completed as per the Management expectation.   - An integral part of the role will be to optimize the systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigants to be put into place.  - Ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.  Candidate Profile :   Qualification : CA  - Years of experience : 12 - 20 years.  - Good understanding of all the finance functions including accounting, tax, budgeting, reporting and audit.  - Strong business orientation; experience of partnering with business effectively.  - Should have manufacturing background and handled factories in existing and/or earlier experiences.  - Must have demonstrated ability in effectively managing and scaling up the growth of a company.  - Good people management skills.
