Chief Financial Officer - CA - Apparel Startup

About the Company : a fast growing, well capitalised, startup in the apparel industry. The company has successfully closed two rounds of funding, and is looking to set up a strong leadership suite to gear up for the next stage of growth.

About the Role : the Company is looking to onboard a CFO, reporting directly into the CEO; the role is highly entrepreneurial and all-encompassing i.e. includes Controllership, Risk Management, Fund Raise and Strategic activities.

The ideal candidate would be :

- CA with 12-15 years post qual. experience.

- Articleship preferably with big 5

- Manufacturing experience preferable in a SAP environment

- Fund raise (incl. debt) exposure mandatory

- Should have had exposure to corporate transactions like M&As

- echnically sound across various areas finance including taxation and Cos. Act compliance

- Strong proven business partner with a subject matter expertise in finance. Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint
