Job Description: Head Finance / CFO.
Position Summary:
- Company is seeking an experienced Head of Finance / CFO to lead our finance team.
- The successful candidate will manage all financial activities, ensuring alignment with our strategic business goals and promoting innovation, sustainability, and global best practices in the manufacturing sector.
Mandatory Educational Requirements: CA (1st attempt)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, implementation, and running of all financial activities including business planning, budgeting, MIS, and costing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of Plant/Unit Management Committee, working towards unlocking the true potential of Company.
- Provide leadership in designing and executing business strategies to ensure delivery of all business goals as per set targets.
- Oversee financial planning, modeling, implementation, and running of all financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, MIS, and costing.
- Play a critical role in generating free cash flow, gross working capital, and revenue.
- Ensure return on investments for all strategic projects and assets.
- Manage treasury controls and enhance MAS ratings.
- Ensure leadership pipeline development and grooming.
- Drive the highest order of governance, ethics, compliance, transparent reporting, and managing business risk.
- Strong focus on digitalization and benchmarking with global best practice organizations.
