Industry : Online/E-commerce.

Mandatory Experience : Experience in Cash Conserving and Fund Raising.

- Lead the Finance team to ensure operational excellence, revenue growth and a world class finance function

- Ensure complete, accurate and timely financial accounts

- Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely Budgeting, MIS and Investor reporting

- Create financial controls and systems, and operational metrics for excellent performance and customer delight

- Ensure full compliance on all aspects in India and international operations

- Lead banking relationship management and treasury to optimize cash cycle and returns on raised funds

- Validate financial aspects of all transactions including commercial terms, revenue contracts, costs, contracts, etc

- Participate and lead the contractual negotiations from legal/ financial perspective on important contracts

- Create controls and systems for timely receivables and lead the negotiations with sales/ business heads

- Establish internal measures for managing company's BU profitability, Budgets and an effective incentive structure

- Drive cost control within budgets

- C.A.is a must; CS will be a plus for candidates.

- 15 years experience in finance of a world class company with international operations. Preferably CFO for around 3 years, or candidate should have been at least in a key leadership role.
