Job Responsibilities:

- Analyzing financial statements & reports and making recommendations to Top Management and Investors concerning financial performance

- He / She will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Finance Department

- Work closely with the management for Fundraising from VC / PE Investors

- Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring accurate and realistic projections

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and growth initiatives

- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to build and maintain strong relationships

- Will be involved in taking strategic decisions and strategy formulation for the company along with the management

- Will be responsible for the financial planning, AOP, planning & implementing investment strategies

- Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments

- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable

- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants, and treasurers

- Plan and perform risk management duties

- Ensuring all taxes and legal duties adhere

- Managing the internal and external audit

- Liaison with banks, management, vendors, investors, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: CA

- Good Communication - Verbal & Written

- Experience in leading a team

- Team Building and Management
