Chief Financial Officer - CA

The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS financial operations, strategic planning, and a proven track record of leading finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure alignment with the company's goals.

- Lead and manage the finance team, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.

- Manage cash flow, funding, and capital structure to support business operations and expansion.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a SaaS company.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Proven experience in managing financial operations and teams.
