Chief Financial Officer - Business Finance - Dental Business

- Anchor and Drive the Financial Budget under various budget events (Current and Long Term) at regular interval in alignment with the short term and long-term goals that includes Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet, cash flow, Fixed & variable expenses report and other relevant data. Finalization of Long-term Plans with financial projections for 5 years, factoring all scenarios and participate in business planning meeting, work out financial implications to facilitate strategic decisions. SOP preparation

- Industry/Sector Coordination with different product heads and other support departments for preparation of budget at detail level that includes product level, Model level, channel wise & zone wise profitability.

- Partner with manufacturing plant Finance Team to work out cost projections for Budget and Long- Term Plans.

- Preparation of monthly forecast to simulate the profitability and cash flow situation considering risk and opportunities, updated with business developments, actions taken and economic environment to continuously monitor the achievements to take necessary corrective actions in detail.
