- 20+ years of experience in Finance and General management professional with strong commercial acumen.

- Should have played a role of Head of Finance (Corporate and Shared Services) for more than 5000+ FTEs organization in ITeS industry.

- Should have held senior leadership roles in Corp orate Finance, Finance Shared Service Centre and Operations.

- Managing end - to - end activities related to Accounting, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, ICoFR, Finance Shared Services Centre, M&A, Procurement, Internal Audits, Financial Statement finalizat ion, SEZ/ STPI/ RBI compliances.

- Direct interactions and reviews with onshore senior leaders. Led strategic initiatives in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Talent Strategy, Scalability, Real Estate portfolio, Location footprint, Technology Lease vs Buy decision.

- Good knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle operations is preferred, wherein transitioned, stabilized and ramped up multiple teams.

- Should bring in deep experience in navigating complex global businesses and driving growth.

- The primary role is to support the CEO in ensuring the development and execution of strategies to create incremental new shareholder value year over year.

- Responsible for ensuring the Group operates sound risk management and internal control systems to safeguard stakeholders' interests, the Group's assets and to ensure the integrity of the Group's financial performance and statements.

- Advising the management on Mergers and Acquisitions purely from tax planning and deal structuring angle. Reviewed the existing structures a nd advised the management on tax planning of existing projects.

- Handled merger and demerger of various group entities

- Approaching all stakeholders with definitive ideas to customize strategies/instruments for raising funds for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)/ Working Capital (WC) as well as for refinancing/restructuring existing debt

- Direct Liasoning with bankers and investors for debt proposals.

- Formulating company's financial strategies and managing ongoing financial operations to maintain company's financial health and increase profitability
