Chief Financial Officer

We are looking to hire a CFO for one of our clients.

Required qualification - MBA Finance/CA

- Experience of around 20 years or more

- Raising equity/debt/multiple finance instruments for fund raise. Should have built business plans/annual operating plans/raised equity and Debt

- Should have rich experience in pitching to investors and closing deals

- Budgeting/Cost control/Cost analysis experience

- Cosec/legal experience with rich Corporate governance experience

- Reporting to Board and shareholders regularly and relationship management with them

- ERP implementation experience or power user of ERP is a must

- Should have handled multi currency revenues/filing of returns in multiple geographies

- Audit experience would be a bonus

- Should have excellent communication skills and vendor management skills.Must have experience in helping organization listed
