Chief Financial Officer

Objective :

1. Leading a 5 people team in finance, accounts, audit and taxation

2. Dealing with banks and potential investors for fundraising (debt and equity)

3. Putting in place all MIS procedures and best accounting practices including GAAP Key

Responsibility Areas :

1. Oversee & Prepare fortnightly/monthly/quarterly MIS reports

2. Ensure all statutory compliances are paid within stipulated timelines

3. Regular interactions with statutory auditors

4. Interfacing with statutory authorities, if and when required

5. Managing relationships with counterparts at Clients, Banks and Suppliers organizations at the domestic and international level

6. Oversee fund flow management

7. Ensuring Cash Credit Limits at competitive pricing

8. Preparing Information Memorandums from fundraising perspective for both debt and equity

9. Improving procurement and internal audit procedures

10. Overseeing responses to tenders and RFPs

Key Performance Indicators :

1. Improved profitability ratios resulting from more efficient procurement and expense management procedures

2. Ensuring continuity of timely statutory compliances

3. Ensuring shift to GAAP with 2 quarters of joining the organization

4. Ensuring zero error accounting operations through multi-level checks and balances

5. Ensuring timebound adherence to receivables and payables

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate should be experienced in the above mentioned KRAs with a proven track-record in financial management leadership.

- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- The candidate must have exceptional relationship skills.
