Responsibilities :

1. Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.

2. Finalization of monthly/quarterly and yearly MIS & reporting statements to the stakeholders and instrumental in designing an integrated MIS for various entities of Core Business.

3. Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.

4. Be responsible for the legal function and play a proactive role on business contracting with customers, vendors and other business partners of the company.

5. Ensure compliance of applicable taxes, viz., income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, Service Tax, etc.

6. Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.

7. Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.

8. Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns and information.

9. Managing relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance.

10. Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with president, VP of sales and department heads.

11. Supervises investment and raising of funds for business.

12. Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.

13. Review Deep Dives and System Improvement Plans

14. Experience of IPO and M&A preferred.

Educational Qualifications : CA with 15 plus years of managerial accounting and financial management experience
