Chief Financial Officer - BFSI

The key responsibility will be to Raise funds for the company from the Global market

Job would require

- Understanding the current Business of the company

- Its Revenue Model along with Balance Sheet

Your Responsibility

- Study the market and business potential along with threats including regulatory and competition

- Create the Business Plan for next 3 years

- Make the projections along with fund requirement

- Work out the fund requirement in terms of Equity & Debt

- Bring on board the investment banker

- Organize the Road Show in global market for fund raise

- Meet potential investor and convince them for investment

- Close the term sheet and successfully complete the DD

- Work with Lawyers and get the SHA signed and get investment in the Bank account

- Post Closure

- Monitor Business Plan

- Investor relations
