Chief Financial Officer - BFSI

We have been exclusively mandated by a global bank to help them source an established CFO to help lead and drive their Global Markets Finance team, based out of India. This an extremely high visibility role with excellent international career prospects.

This role will manage a team of approximately 300+ professionals, who in turn are providing global support to their trading businesses worldwide. This team have coverage across Business Finance and Planning, Product Control and Valuations as well as Financial Accounting & Control. The bank are also going through a number of high level change initiatives that also impact finance and the CFO will be focused on managing Exco level relationships and overseeing change programs at a country level.

To quality for this position you will require:

- 15+ years of Finance related experience

- Extensive exposure to Finance Markets and Products

- Strategic and technical finance exposure, particularly relating to FP&A, Product Control, and Valuations

- Experience of managing and developing large and diverse teams

- Experience of working in highly matrixed global organizations
