Chief Financial Officer - BFSI

Key Responsibility areas will include

- Financial Planning & MIS

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Budgeting & Variance Analysis

- Financial MIS for the top management

- Asset liability Management

- Anticipate & Understand the short and long term fund requirements

- Co-ordinate with the group/external lenders, reduce cost of financing

- Tight Balance Sheet management

Taxation :

- Structuring of investment vehicles with emphasis on tax efficiency and regulatory compliance

- Review taxation related matter and coordinate with group taxation team

- Review tax changes and coordinate with agencies to assess tax impact

- Tax filings and payments, assessment of indirect taxes etc.

Financial Information :

- Ensuring financial recording and recognition control frameworks

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financials

Statutory & Internal Audit ownership :

- RBI audit and Submission of all regulatory and compliance filings

- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's

Operations :

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Implement operational best practices

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational budget

- Monitor banking activities of the organization

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

- Manage the accounting,, investor relations, and treasury departments

- Candidate will require to foster and manage relationships with Banks, other financial institutions, internal stake holders, auditors and regulators

- Ensure tight networking in the business sector with peers to be able to anticipate changes in the regulatory space for the business.
