Position: Chief Financial Officer  Experience: 10-15 Years CTC Offered: Negotiable  Qualification: An MBA or CFA and experience in Listed Co, Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.  Location: Mumbai  Key Responsibilities:  - Lead Corporate planning and reporting function for the organization, and act as a partner to the business heads for strategic decision making by providing data backed analytics  - Provide a consolidated view of Financial and operational performance and act as primary point of contact for the group on business / /financial planning, reporting and forecasting  - Lead the Investor relations function, interact with Funds/ Institutional Investors, participate in Investor conferences, show-case Company's vision and growth strategy to the Investors/Public at large  - Drive the overall strategic & long range planning process (including Capex planning), managing cash flow requirements (including interactions with bankers for financing requirements) in alignment with requirements of the Internal Board (IB)  - Lead the annual budgeting activity (including monthly/quarterly forecasts), and liaise with all Business heads/Functional heads to hold periodic operating reviews  - Ensure that the PBT analysis & Plan vs. Actual variances for entire operations across multiple BUs/legal entities are in-line with budget, suggest measures to mitigate impact on overall business plan  - Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A / MIS) team to ensure completion of business-wise plan and centre-wise / stream-wise profitability analysis and other reports for aiding decision making of the business  - Provide periodic competitive financial intelligence/analysis for business decision making to IB and business leadership and provide financial inputs for decisions on pricing  - Provide leadership to Finance and Accounts function, interact with Internal/Statutory Auditors,ensuring Finance Compliance. Lead new initiatives in consultation with business / functional heads  - Lead financial due-diligence for M&A transactions, and post acquisition/transaction, lead integration for finance function  - Be the custodian and consolidator for all financial presentations and reporting for all (IB) / Board meetings  - Ensure talent development for the team through ongoing capability building initiatives such as training, coaching and mentoring  - Ensure succession planning is embedded in hiring and talent management processes across all levels
