- Manage the overall finance, accounts, banking and commercial functions of the company.
- Managing relationships with bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the Company.
- Financial - Objective, Strategies and Planning.
- Designing and implementing systems & procedures; and preparation of financial statements.
- Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements.
- Tax planning, Interfacing with taxation authorities and ensuring adherence to Companies Act and regulatory compliance.
- Risk analysis and Co-ordination with insurance agencies for insurance claims insurance policies.
- Participate in Reviews of Group Policies and Corporate Planning as a member of the Senior Management Team.
- Coaching and developing finance staff through on the job training, internal and specific external courses.
