Chief Financial Officer - BFS

Job Description:-

- Preparation of business plans.

- Raising capital through Private placement of Equity and Foreign Direct Investment

- Dealing with financial institutions and banks for raising debt funds.

- Managing Inflow & Outflow of Funds optimally.

- Dealing with Income Tax matters- IT proceedings, filing of IT returns, TDS returns.

- Conducting Board Meeting and Annual General Meetings ; Preparing agenda, notices and minutes.

- Internal and Statutory audit by BIG 4 audit firms.

- Dealing with RBI ; monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to RBI in the prescribed forms.

- Dealing with due diligence for raising capital.

- Obtaining Rating from Rating Agencies like CRISIL, CARE

- Implementing Financial Governance Mechanism

- Optimal Cash Management and Cash Flow Planning

QUALIFICATION : ICWA/ PDBM- Finance with relevant experience
