Chief Financial Officer - B2B Automation - Product Pricing Business

- Seek avenues of automating procurement & hedging activities continuously and assist the team in incorporating / adopting them

- Provide comprehensive financial information support to Senior Management including in -depth analysis of monthly results to help in decision making

- Drive the creation and implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across firm to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation

- Define & periodically evaluate KPIs & performance standards of the team members due to fast changing, dynamic and diverse environment

- Responsible for building appropriate business models to allow appraisal of "Return On Investment" together with consideration of cost efficiency & budget discipline in decision making

Preferred Qualifications and Experience :

- CA/MBA with 15+ years of experience in automation machines/auto ancillaries/equipment manufacturing or B2B business setup

- Experience in handling commercials and finances for long term B2B contracts

- Hands on with product pricing and project pricing and must have dealt with FOREX

- Knowledge of financial modelling (profitability, ROCE etc.), advanced knowledge of Excel, functional knowledge of accounting and knowledge of regulatory statutes & guidelines

- Dealt with financial institutions and banks along with strong business partnering experience
