Chief Financial Officer - Aviation Group - CA

We are hiring for our client a leading Aviation Group.

Key Requirements:

- ERP implementations of entire business

- Rich Experience of IPO handling & fund raising activities , liaison with financial institution & PE

- Extensive knowledge of stock market & money market related activities & Investment option like Debts /equity/MF

- Fair knowledge of Import & Export related business activities

- CAPEX management and optimization

- Timely closure of Accounting Activities & preparation of MIS and other reports as required by Stakeholders/BOD.

- Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit within stipulated timelines with no adverse remarks

- Fund Management

- To supervise daily activities of Revenue team and ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls including cash audits.

- Ensuring timely billing and submission with concerned Airlines/Client.

- Payment follow-up and Reconciliation with Debtors

Educational Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience

- SAP/ERP Knowledge

- Secretarial Knowledge
