Chief Financial Officer - Auto Ancillary Business - CA/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Our client - a leading auto ancillary business in New Delhi is looking for a CFO.

Strategic & Business Finance

- Contribute to company's strategic direction by providing financial and accounting information and related analyses; Establish functional objectives inline with organizational strategic objectives

- Review and monitor the financial performance of the company against the annual financial plan; tracks all MIS and reports as per business requirements

- Identify opportunities for processes improvement, cost reduction and systems improvement

- Develop prospects for organization by studying economic trends, opportunities 

- Identify expansion opportunities (Organic / In-Organic)

- Lead due diligences in potential M&A scenarios

- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities (Organic/inorganic); maintaining relationships with the investment community

- Interacting with client community on costing of new products/technologies; Find innovative ways to reduce costing

Accounting, Tax, Compliance & Regulatory

- Takes complete responsibility of Accounting, Taxation, Compliances, Corporate structuring

- Takes overall responsibility for implementation of annual plans for Accounts & Taxation, Reporting, Internal Audit and CS

- Provides oversight on Legal and Statutory Audit matters

- Ensures management of corporate taxation and compliance with allied laws / taxation guidelines

- Lead ERP systems (SAP etc) modification / upgradations to suit business needs

Experience

- MBA Finance (premier school)/CA with 15-25 years

- Past manufacturing/industrials background

Current Compensation: < 60 Lacs including bonus/variable
