JD:
- Should have handled board meeting (end to end) independently.
- Should have had experience of handling independent directors
- Should have MNC exposure and good experience of stakeholder management.
- A CA with proven experience as CFO or relevant role, preferably with 20 years of experience (MNC preferred)
- Someone with proven ability in building/ creating organization, teams, practices, and processes grounds up
- Having experience in fund-raising, investors relations and managing strategic projects
- Ability to impact, influence and manage a diverse group of stakeholders (both external & internal)
- Someone with high bias for action and excel in an increasingly complex & dynamic ecosystem.
This role will be a part of the leadership team and have a strategic role in influencing the future direction of EARC.
- Act as a business partner to the CEO in the next phase of organizational journey
- Responsible for leading, mentoring and growing an experienced team of finance professionals;
- The role will constitute 50% into organizational leadership and rest into business ownership
- Responsible for planning, implementation and managing of the finance function at EARC, including fund raising,
Investor relations and shareholder management:
- Shall oversee and often lead domains like FP&A, cash flow management, short term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, development of strategic business models, identifying risks and deficiencies.
- Lead organization wide strategic projects and transform to achieve scale
- Lead the development and use of best-practice policies and platforms that ensure business continuity.
