Chief Financial Officer - Agri/Chemicals Industry

1) Financial strategy formulation: He will be primarily responsible for managing the financial actions of the group. Direct responsibility will be of all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting. He will help drive the company's financial strategy and goals in close proximity with Management.

2) Complete knowledge of legal compliances, company laws along with other statutory requirements. Knowledge of securities market and SEBI compliances. Other regulatory affairs will also he handled by him

3) Managing banking activities including overseeing preparation of CMA and other financial data. He should have a proven track record in interacting with and dealing with bankers for rate negotiations and limit enhancements.

4) Risk Management - analysis of company's liabilities and investments, tax planning and managing capital structure. Should be heading fundraising initiatives, as needed.

5) Identification of new geographies and growth avenues: He should be abreast with economic trends and take part in identifying revenue opportunities. Should analyze internal functions of different business verticals in the company and suggest/ implement ways of cost reduction and process enhancement.

6) Investor Relations Management: He will be responsible for strategising and executing all relevant policy formulations and communications related to corporate affairs.
