Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of our company ensuing its financial health and stability. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance, accounting and leadership with a proven track record of strategic financial management and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy, aligned with its long-term goals and objectives.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirement and accounting standards.

- Provide transplant and comprehensive financial information to board of Directors.

- Implement robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

- Manage Cash flow liquidity and working capital to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.

- Monitor banking relationship and negotiate favorable terms for financing, credit facilities and other financial services.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making.

- Lead and develop the finance team and provided mentorship and guidance foster a culture of excellence, accountability and collaboration within the finance department.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships with other departments.

Requirements:

- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related field MBA, CA or ICWA

- Minimum of 25 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in Trading, FMCG and Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis and reporting.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with teams, Board of Directors.

- Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong ethics and integrity with a commitment to transparency and compliance.
