- Working with cross functional department

- Review and Discussion of monthly MIS with cross functional for taking timely Corrective and preventive action.

- Development of Various MIS for Management information system to provide timely information for management decision making.

- Monitoring of Annual business plan and Budget, monthly MIS, and Variance Analysis.

- Provide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin, plant budgetary control, squeeze management and follow up of increase sales and reduce purchasing prices which is resultant into improvement the EBITA margin of the company.

- Development of SOP for internal control system

- Supervision of Costing System for costing of product and cost control

- Vetting of the contract of manpower, warehousing, Transportation etc.

- Treasury and forex Management

- Preparation of CMA data for raising fund inform form of Term Loan, working capital Limits, Fund based non-fund based and Liaison with the banks for enhancement and renewal of working capital.

- Liaison with the banks senior official for corporate debt Restructuring, Strategic Restructuring and One time settlement.

- Fund Flow and cash Flow management, Inventory, Receivable and payable management

- Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies.

- Liaison with internal auditor, concurrent auditor, statutory auditor and legal counsels.

- Finalization of Audited balance sheet.

- Handled Due Diligence Audit of Big 4 Audit firm

- Conducted due diligence audits of companies for prospective investments opportunity and acquisitions.
