In view of its growth the firm now requires an experienced CA who is either already fulfilling the role of CFO or who has the potential to take responsibility for all financial functions. Job Responsibility: - The CFO will have primary day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the firm. - Provide leadership in the development of the finance function - Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts - Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organisation - Manage the processes for forecasting, budgets and consolidation - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance the financial performance of the firm Candidate Qualifications: - BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA - 10+ yers in financial leadership roles preferably in the professional services sector - High proficiency in Excel or equivalent Personal Attributes - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well - Strong problem solving and creative skills
