Chief Financial Officer

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve our business goals

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management

- Provide financial guidance to the leadership team on business decisions and investments

- Oversee and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and investors

- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing support and guidance to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- MBA or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and laws

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of driving financial success in a IT services sector or similar industry.
