We are looking for CFO for our client , who is into retail Industry. They have supermarket chain and involved in Retail sale of food, grocery and beverages. Expectations from CFO: 1. Preparation and Analysis of P&L on a monthly basis for XXX . Department wise financial Analysis of performance &amp; Cost optimization to give a financial overview of performance of each department on a regular basis and highlight any anomalies and feedback for improvements every month. 2. Directs and oversees entire finance and accounting functions of the organization. Ensures credibility of the finance and accounting group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. 3. Need to provide timely projections and forecasts of overall company's plans and make provisions for cash flows for execution of the next quarters projects. Evaluates and advises on the financial impact of long term planning, introduction of new projects/strategies. 4. Should provide short and long term strategic financial objectives of the organization and offer recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities. 4. Oversees the organizations overall risk management and risk mitigation. Should highlight performance comparison of quarter over quarter, month vs month and also projected vs achieved. If any shortfalls in growth projections, year vs year projections the concerned department should be taken into confidence and meetings should be held to improve performance on a timely basis. 5. Identify potential areas of improvement by analysing cash flow, cost centres, expenses and financial statements. 6. Optimal utilization of idle funds to improve the financial health of the organization. 7. Tax Planning and Tax Filings, Statutory regulations and other financial requirements as per the company rules and acts should be fulfilled effectively on a timely basis. He should be knowledgeable on aspects of GST, TDS, IT related functions, etc Qualification: Preferably CA with needed experience.
