Role Description:

- Hector & Streak, a premier provider of executive human capital solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

- This pivotal role encompasses strategic planning, financial management, and leadership advisory functions.

Qualifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance

- 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning and execution

- Expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control

- Proven track record in forecasting, controllership, and financial analysis

- Extensive knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management

- Familiarity with federal and state financial regulations

- Experience in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, statements, and projections

- Exposure to IPO processes, including up to the listing stage

- Ability to provide assistance in matters related to mergers or acquisitions

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive growth and profitability

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives

- Provide expert guidance on financial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs

- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed

- Collaborate with executive leadership to support decision-making and drive business outcomes

- Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability within the finance function

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and candidates

- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
