Chief Finance Officer - CFO -Real Estate

We are looking for a CFO for one our client into Real estate business.

Qualifications: Must have - Qualified CA, Investors relationship, IPO, M&A experience.

Additional Preferred: Professional certifications such as CPA / CIMA / ACA /ACCA preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

- Proven experience as CFO at least 5 years in Real Estate /Infrastructure Sector.

- Overall experience of 18 to 30 years in the field of Finance & Accounts.

- In-depth understanding of Finance & Accounts procedures and statutory rules & regulations

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- A team player with leadership abilities

Experience:

- Relevant experience in a CFO position focusing on managing the financial and accounting activities (over 20 to 30 years total).

- Investor relations is a must have.

- Experience Segment: Should have worked in Infrastructure , Real Estate & Property Development and Construction Engineering Projects
