We are looking CA/MBA Finance from Tier 1 college qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for leading Pharmaceuticals in UAE location. Who are having more than 18 Years of experience as following

Job Responsibility -

As a key member of the Sr. Leadership, you will report to the CEO & the Founder and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company -

- Managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

- Review and submit monthly financial and management accounts.

- Treasury Management, Fund raising activities and liquidity management.

The role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Financial/ Accounting related activities of the company.

This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, financial analysis and financial control.

- Investor Relationship Management - Leading Debt Fundraising & Supporting Management with Equity Fundraising

- Managing the Credit rating and the Gross NPA % as per the guidance of the board

- Managing financial controls and accounting procedures with the help of Finance

- Manager, this function provides seamless functional support to the business. Building and maintaining a highly motivated team

- Developing and leveraging relationships with regulators, credit agencies and other financial institutions

- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans"
