Job Description :

LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTING :

- Oversee, manage, and coordinate the company's financial activities, which include controllership, financial planning, budgeting and analysis, and revenue cycle tasks.

- Using financial and business planning models and reviews, collaborate with the business leaders to establish strategic business plans, budgets, and forecasts. Inform upper management on important measures related to costs, profitability, and cash flow.

- Create and carry out operational, strategic, and financial plans to help the company achieve its goals for profitability.

- Bring expertise working with investors, financial institutions, and boards of directors, as well as the capacity to autonomously handle and manage these relationships. The ability to plan and oversee board meetings as well as committee meetings at the board level is required.

BUSINESS PARTNERING :

- ought to collaborate with management to create the "organization of the future."

- Lead budget and forecasting procedures, as well as the analysis and reporting of financial data to support business planning. Support decision-making in generating business deliverables, and be accountable to management at the corporate and business unit levels.

- Assist companies by conducting impartial economic evaluations of their prospects for growth, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial ventures.

ACCOUNTING, COMPLIANCE, FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROL :

- In charge of overseeing the creation, execution, and observance of all organizational financial and accounting policies and processes in accordance with the relevant financial and accounting standards

- Encourage the creation, application, and observance of internal policies, processes, and controls.

- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax-related regulations, laws, and filing requirements in all jurisdictions by successfully leading functions such as legal and taxation and utilizing group knowledge and resources to manage these functions.

- oversee the Company's whole set of financial records, the completion of the accounts, financial reporting, and all statutory and internal audits.

FUND RAISING AND INVESTOR RELATIONSHIP :

- In charge of the resource mobilization program, current operations, and cost-effective M&As and expansions

- Oversee and direct the raising of equity funds from both public and private markets, including IPOs and FPOs.

- In charge of all bank funding and liability operations, as well as managing banking connections
