Chief Finance Officer/Finance Head - Manufacturing Firm

CA/CFA/MBA(Finance) with 7-13 years of experience from mid size manufacturing organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.

2. Supervise all finance personnels.

3. Providing leadership, direction and management of finance and accounting team.

4. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

5. Advising on long-term business and financial planning

6. Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.

7. Manage financial planning and analysis department. Supervise creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting.

8. Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings.

9. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for federal funders, foundations, investors and company's board of directors.

10.Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting.
