Looking for a qualified CA with 18+ years of rich experience in financial controller role from manufacturing industry  Job Purpose: Strategic / Business Planning, Business Performance Reviews, Audit Reviews  Work Location: Faridabad (Will prefer candidates from Delhi NCR)  Job Responsibilities   - Financial Reporting: Handling & Supervision of accounting, Monthly MIS consisting of a statement of financial position & analysing Budget Vs Actual operating profits. Oversee Quarterly & Annual accounts and its finalization as per revised schedule getting them audited and also responsible for consolidation of all units financials.  - Financial Planning & Analysis: Involved in making and analysing five year plans for division as a whole.  - Formulating Budgets in line with market scenario, preparation of business plans & quarterly projections. Forecasting of future financial performance based on external market variables. Updating and maintaining the financial dashboard of the division.  - Accounting Operations: Oversee Implementation of accounting policies and processes in as per generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Oversee establishment and monitoring of internal control safeguards.  - Taxation: Ensuring compliance with statutory of Income tax laws in terms of timely deposit of TDS & filing of respective returns, Employee taxation etc. Computation of Advance Tax Liability for the division.  - Financial Management: Monitoring inflow /outflow of funds for its optimum utilization towards required working capital. Preparation of various reports for submission to bankers i.e. Monthly Stock/ Book Debt statement.  - Audits & Compliance: Drive compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures and ensure that there are no accounting and control weaknesses. Oversee preparation of all supporting information for the internal and external audits.  People Management
