Chief Finance Officer/Finance Controller - CA - Mfg

Candidate should be CA mandatory

This role is primarily responsible for Finance and Accounts function and related Compliances.

- Periodical closing of accounts. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and Companies Act.

- Coordination and completion of Statutory and Internal Audits, including finalization of Audit Reports.

- Strategic long term financial planning.

- Annual Budgets and quarterly projection.

- Monthly MIS with variance analysis.

- Management of Working Capital (Inventory, Receivables, Payables) and reporting of variances vs. Budgets.

- Overhead cost control and cost reduction activities.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances with all regulations, covering Direct & Indirect Taxes, Accounting standards, Company Law provisions etc.

- Tender validation and project cost tracking.

- Approval of agreements concerning the financial obligations.

- Keep abreast of applicable statutes and norms by analyzing GOI Budgets, Circulars and Notifications.

- Working with Secretarial / legal department for compliance with companies Act / pending legal cases.

- Working closely with Treasury department for smooth treasury
