Chief Finance Officer - Construction Business - CA

Position: CFO

Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs + min 3 to 5 Yrs of experience in Listed company.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Qualification: Qualified CA

Age: not more than 45years,

Gender: Male only

Rols & Responsibilities:

- Budget preparation

- Cost Cutting & Austerity

- Vertical Developement - Identifying those non/underperforming Verticals & planning exiting those verticals.

- Fund management , LCs/ OD/BG/Team Loans - Deficit finance mobilization

- Planning for future in terms of technology

- Quarterly P & L Preparation

- Balance Sheet Preparation

- Liaison with bankers

- Advise on Financial issues and Taxation

- Filling of returns under various statutory requirements.

- Managing IT Notice / Queries etc

- Listed company Compliances / IPO Process

Preference:

- Work experience in construction industry is preferred

- Listed company experience familiar with IPO process

- ready to join us with a short notice period

- Ready to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
