About our Client - Our client is a Leading manufacturer of precision components and also a variety of complex components such as Automotive parts, Gears and Transmission, Foundry, etc. They comes with over 25 years of expertise in the space and currently have 8 manufacturing sites across the country with a total 2500 staff.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions

- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget

- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department

- Manage the preparation of all financial reports

- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and statutory budgetary reporting requirements

- Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives

- Serve on planning and policy-making committees

- Serve as primary government liaison relative to financial issues

- Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements

- Represent the company externally to government agencies, auditors, and the general public

- Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.

- Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.

- Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.

- Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management.

- Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a CA with 15 years of post qualification experience.

- You should have extensive experience of working in a manufacturing environment preferably from the Auto Components space.

- Your knowledge should encompass all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

- You should have strong working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.

- In this set up you should have a keen ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
