Criteria:

- Leadership or senior management experience with the Finance function, in a mid to large hospital/hospital industry

- Prior experience of managing high level investor relations

- Prior experience of managing mergers & acquisitions

- CA degree

About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance with a background as a Chartered Accountant and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.For the role we need someone who will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing insights, and making recommendations to drive business success and financial stability. Additionally, will play a key role in managing fundraising, investor relations, legal, secretarial, and administrative matters to secure funding, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate closely with other senior leaders in the organization.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure its financial health and growth

- Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed financial decisions

- Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls

- Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and forecasts

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor budget adherence

- Work with business leaders to ensure targeted profit delivery

- Cost management including suggestions to deliver cost targets

- Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard the company's financial stability

- Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and post-merger integration

- Evaluate and optimize the company's corporate structure to support growth and operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax reporting requirements in India

- Lead fundraising efforts, including meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences, and maintain relationships with investors and analysts

- Manage all legal and secretarial matters to ensure compliance with regulations and support business operations

- Collaborate with other senior leaders in the organization to align financial strategies with broader business goals

Qualification Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience

- Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth
