Chief Finance Officer - BFS

The position calls for a highly dynamic and Strong Finance Professionals with proven competence.

The role would oversee the following areas:

1. Head the Corporate Finance and oversee the F & A Process.

2. Guide and control all financial matters and bring in firm process innovation in Financial planning & adherence

3. Innovate and collate the MIS to become a ready recokoner for all departments especially Sales transactions

4. Plan and implement stringent Commercial discipline in the entire process of Purchase, Production, Sales, SCM and Channel distribution for effective realisation of revenue.

5. Closely interact with the Board of Directors on new project expansions and prepare reports for submission to financial institutions for project funding.

6. Effectively maintain the Shareholders delight by periodical submission of reports on half yearly / annual performances.

7. Guide the legal department in any matter that requires to safeguard the organisations interest.

8. Closely oversee the new regulations in Taxation.

9. To be a professional adviser to the management for growth.

This position is a highly coveted role for taking challenges and implementing good Financial competencies across the organisation for scaling new high year on year.

Preference to those who have worked in manufacturing involving high velocity of Sales process, SCM oriented and Pan India distribution organisations.
