Chief Finance Officer

Job Responsibility:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies for IT services, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance in the IT/AI sector.

2. IT Financial Management: Optimizing the company's technology investments, assessing the financial impact of IT projects, and ensuring that IT resources are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

3. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with IT services, including cybersecurity risks, and ensuring that the company's financial assets related to IT operations are protected.

4. Financial Reporting using US GAAP and Compliance: Overseeing financial reporting processes for IT services, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate and timely financial information related to IT operations to stakeholders.

5. Capital Management: Managing the company's capital structure as it pertains to IT services, overseeing capital allocation, debt financing, and equity management to optimize the company's financial position in the IT sector.

6. Strategic Financial Decision-Making for IT Services: Collaborating with other executives to make strategic financial decisions related to IT services, including evaluating investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives in the IT domain.

7. Vendor Management: Overseeing financial aspects of vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial optimization in IT service procurement.

8. Leadership and Team Management: Leading the finance team in the context of IT services, providing strategic direction, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's financial and IT objectives.

Skills Required:

- CA/MBA Finance A strong foundation in finance, accounting

1. Financial Management: Strong financial acumen, including expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to the IT services industry.

2. Strategic Planning: Ability to align financial strategies with the overall business objectives of an IT services company, including assessing investment opportunities and identifying potential risks.

3. Understanding and knowledge of US GAAP

4. Industry knowledge: IT services sector, including knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics, revenue recognition, and cost structures.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance specific to the IT services industry, as well as experience in managing financial risks associated with technology projects.

6. Mergers and Acquisitions: Experience in financial due diligence, valuation, and integration of IT services companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

7. Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to evaluate the financial performance of IT services projects, contracts, and client engagements, as well as the ability to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

8. Cost Management: Experience in optimizing costs and pricing strategies for IT services, including understanding the cost drivers and profitability analysis of various service offerings.

9. Contract Negotiation: Ability to assess and structure financial terms in client contracts, service-level agreements, and vendor relationships within the IT services industry.

10. IT Financial Systems: Familiarity with financial systems and tools specific to the IT services sector, such as project accounting, resource management, and IT cost allocation methodologies.

11. Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, as well as the ability to lead finance teams within an IT services organization
