One of our clients is a very well established fee based NBFC offering services in the area of Corporate Advisory, Stressed Asset Restructuring, Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Merchant Banking etc. Their corporate office is in Mumbai with branches in Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad and DUBAI. They are on the look our for :

Chief Executive - reporting to the Board

Qualification CA/MBA

Location Mumbai

Experience 15 / 25 years in corporate banking/ investment banking with at least last 3 years in leadership position of a top tier investment bank or consulting company in India.

Description : Run the existing business as as a Profit Centre Head for the following verticals:

(a) Debt Syndication

(b) Private Equity Advisory

( c) Corporate Advisory

(d) Resolution of stressed assets

(e) Investment banking

- Guide, manage and execute transactions across the above business verticals.

- Extensive experience in deal sourcing and closure

- Strong client staff and relationship management skills

- Strong /proven management capability

- Team leadership

- Prepare a road map for investment banking activities

- Development and management of key clients

- Ability to originate deals and provide end and end solutions

- Proficiency in providing alternative solutions and structuring of deals

- Experience of independently sourcing and executing a few major assignments

- Ability to manage client engagements independently

- Sound knowledge of appropriate laws

- Sound knowledge of emerging trends/sectors/domestically/globally

- Should be of entrepreneurial nature and take ownership of the division
