Role title : Chief Executive - Cable

- A person who has experience of production of cables and conductors both LV and MV using newer technologies like XLPE. Probably someone in their early forties would be ideal, with a Production / electrical engineering degree.

- Commercial experience is also a must, as the candidate will have to take over all commercial dealings including marketing and sales. So an engineer with an MBA would be preferred.

- Experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) & Business Development will be an advantage.

- The candidate should be very articulate, with a good command of English, should be personable, adaptable and also show initiative.

- He will have to drive the growth of Cable Corporation and introduce new products like Switchgears, Transformers etc through trading initially.

- Production/Electrical Engg with MBA is a must. Manufacturing sector experience - Production of cables & conductors both LV and MV using XLPE technology experience Fluency in English.

- Relocation to Uganda with family. Track record of stability min. 5 yrs in any of the last 3 cos. Age not exceeding 55.

Compensation Package : (CTC in the range of 10,000-12000 USD per month)
