1. Plan, develop, implement and direct the wellness centre's operations and performance.

2. Build and create an ecosystem of multiple stakeholders from within the institution, and from broader community who would contribute to the growth of the centre.

3. Identify and equip the wellness center with best and latest infrastructure towards holistic development of student's health.

4. Direct the effective utilization of funds for the Wellness center, be able to create persuasive business case for further mobilization as well as ensure periodic reporting to funding partners.

5. Periodic assessment of various programs being delivered from the wellness center to evaluate their efficacy and drive continuous improvement.

6. To be able to envision a near-term and long-term comprehensive wellness program including proactive and reactive models.

7. To develop and implement projects and policies centered on the mental health and fitness of the students.

8. Reaching out with tailor-made Wellness Programs for the different Wellness stakeholders' on-campus, such as, students, families of the Staff and Faculty, the Security Section, the Hostel Office staff, the Housekeeping teams, etc, in order to ensure wellness and wellbeing in all fronts. Faculty sensitization programs.

9. Communicate effectively and establish credibility amongst the students and the faculty as an effective developer of solutions.

10. Co-ordinate the activities of the other support systems available in the campus to achieve the wider goal of the organization
