Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall strategic vision and long-term goals, in alignment with the mission and values of the organization.

- Identify emerging trends and market opportunities in the wellness industry, and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on them.

Business Development:

- Lead efforts to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue streams through new business ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and diversification of products/services.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate performance and drive operational improvements.

Product and Service Development:

- Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize, design, and launch new wellness products and services that meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.

- Ensure that all products and services align with the company's quality standards and reflect the latest trends and innovations in the wellness industry.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Identify talent gaps and implement strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining top talent within the organization.

Customer Experience:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive in the wellness industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.

- Deep understanding of the wellness market landscape, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
