The client is one of India's largest training institutes (they're into career services and vocational training) with a slew of awards to their credit, year on year. They're currently enjoying unprecedented growth in India, and are looking at international expansion plus new verticals.
They are looking for a CEO to look after their core business and all the verticals. The role involves a large direct team of 12 across functions like sales, delivery, marketing, finance, call center operations, IT and HR apart from others, and reports in to the board. It also has an overall team of around 700 to look after.
The ideal candidate would -
1. Come with 18-20 years of experience in education, insurance, FMCG or holidays in a push sales environment.
2. Have handled a large scale (both in team size and operations)
3. Managed different departments and have excellent analytical and numbers skills.
Excellent remuneration, a place in the company leadership and being a part of a growing business with limited competition in India, are all up for grabs.
