Plant CEO (TMT) - Iron/Steel Manufacturing - Wardha (Nagpur) - 10+ years

Location - Wardha, Nagpur

Looking out for a strategic operations leader with at least 10 years of professional experience managing the day-to-day operations of the TMT manufacturing plant while also identifying avenues for operational cost optimization and business growth for the unit.

Responsibilities -

1) Providing strategic, operational and financial leadership and developing strategies with a view on long-term business growth.

2) Organizing resources and systems to realize the vision for the plant.

3) Achieving sustained profitable growth for the plant.

4) Increasing the production capacity of the plant.

5) Managing the procurement as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the plant.

6) Managing the on-time product dispatch.

Requirements -

1) B.Tech + MBA with at least 10 years of professional experience in iron or steel manufacturing.

2) Plant operations experience is a must.

2) Strategic persona to identify initiatives to achieve cost efficiency for the unit.

3) Excellent communications skill.
